Catholic Charities

The mission of Catholic Charities is to be a visible sign of Christ’s love by helping those who are unable to help themselves; the poor and vulnerable, especially children, women, and families by bringing God’s promise of life and its fullness to all people, rich or poor, young or old, male or female, born or unborn, regardless of race or color.

Meals on Wheels

Holy Savior  participates in the Meals on Wheels program.  Each Friday, ladies deliver nutritious  lunches to the homebound, elderly, and disabled individuals. Please call the parish office if you would like to volunteer.

Mississippi Food Network

Mississippi Food Network (MFN) has been feeding Mississippians since 1984. MFN distributes more than 1.5 million pounds of food and feeds more than 150,000 every month. Volunteer opportunities are available.

Stewpot

Stewpot Community Services provides thousands of men, women and children with hot meals, groceries, clothing, shelter, childcare, mentoring and other programs to nurture them and help them get back on their feet. Volunteer opportunities are available.

St. Therese Catholic Church Food Pantry

The Parish Food Drive is the last weekend of every month.  Parishioners are asked to voluntarily donate non perishable items and place them in the back of the church.  These items are donated to St. Therese Catholic Church Food Pantry.

Clinton 4C's Food Pantry

The youth participate in a food drive in the fall and spring.  Non perishable items are donated to the Clinton Community Christian Corporation Food Pantry (4C’s).  Items are place in the Religious Education building.

Angel Tree

Each Christmas season, Holy Savior’s Ladies Auxiliary partners with the Clinton Community Christian Corporation (4C’s) to identify families in need who are currently facing challenges and may need assistance in making Christmas memories for their children.

Children’s Christmas wishes are listed on angels, which are located in the vestibule. Each child has an angel for clothing needs and one for wishes. This way, each child receives clothing items (which help meet a need), as well as something fun. Parishioners may pick an angel and bring purchased items back to church the next weekend.
